Healthy nutrition, an active lifestyle, and balanced well-being have always been important in my life. Since becoming a mother in 2015 I took the time to follow my passion and further my skills to become qualified in this industry. I have always had a genuine love and interest in helping others and making a difference in people’s lives, something my closest friends and family would attest to. This is how You First Nutrition began.

I decided to start a venture in empowering and supporting women to become healthier and improve their overall well-being. It has taken me a little longer than I imagined though, as I had two very special distractions along the way, my 2 boys.

Now, more than ever is the time we need to focus on our health and well-being. We all lead busy lives in one way or another. Whether we are raising a family, juggling work, or generally on the go all the time. Regardless of how busy we are, the best quality gifts that we can ever give ourselves are attention and time.

I have always loved the saying “you cannot pour from an empty cup” and this is something I always live by. In order to do anything in your life to the best of your ability, you have to invest in your health and your well-being first and it’s never too late to start.
