The nutrition industry is vast and wide, it can sometimes feel overwhelming and you may not know where or how to start making positive changes to your life. My method is to take you right back to the beginning and help you to understand the fundamentals of healthy nutrition and provide you with simple, yet effective ways to improve your overall well-being.
Women are made up of so many wonderful qualities, yet our bodies also come with complicated things too; monthly cycles, pre & post-natal hormones, pre-menopause and menopause, (just to name a few). Getting your nutrition right, your well-being in check, and finding the time to focus on yourself will give you the strongest foundation to cope with your ever-changing needs.
For as long as we are living, we are constantly evolving and we have the chance to grow every day. The great news is, it’s never too late to start.
My aim is to empower women to live a life of wellness, where they can build confidence to achieve their health goals, and make positive changes that can last a lifetime. As your health coach, we will discover how to improve your overall well-being and unravel any roadblocks that may be holding you back. It’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all factors of our daily lives. Our careers, relationships, physical activity, sleep, and stress management. When these are healthy and balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your goals. I don’t believe in short-term restrictive diets, they may work as a quick fix, but they are never sustainable long term and you often end up back at square one feeling deflated. I don’t believe in scales and centimeters as measures of success. With me, you will learn to love making healthier choices (whilst still being able to enjoy the indulgences), move your body more, regain your energy, sleep better, and improve your overall mindset. We will set small, sustainable goals together, and you will have all of the support you need to achieve them.
Like any relationship, it is important that we have an initial telephone discussion for us both to make sure that we can work together. I need to ensure that I can help you achieve your health goals, and you need to feel comfortable with me.
After completing a medical questionnaire and seeking approval from your GP if you have any underlying health issues, we will complete a thorough health consultation and all information will be kept confidential and in secured files.
A nutrition and well-being plan will be put together based on your personal needs, and I will provide you with coaching over an initial 2 or 3-month period, and longer if needed.
Each month you will benefit from:
• 2 x 60-minute video consultations
• 1 x 30-minute telephone conversation
• Messaging and email support between sessions
• Healthy recipes to suit your dietary needs
• Learn how to shop better, and within your budget
• Information to read – articles and inspirational material.
The health package per month is £220. Depending on your individual needs, we can adjust the frequency of sessions, and the fees accordingly.
